Pack your item securely, including fully filled out, signed submission form – keep a copy for yourself.

Quality Authentication LLC Terms & Conditions
For purposes of this submission form terms and conditions, Quality Authentication LLC will be known as QA.
QA will endeavor to certify submissions within a reasonable time frame. However, QA will have no liability whatsoever to the customer for damages (including incidental or consequential damages) allegedly due to failure to complete any submission within any time frame.
QA will not certify items consisting of A: autographs NOT listed on the Autograph Fee or, B: autographs that are damaged and/or illegible or, C: autographed items that are under glass.
Fees paid to QA are NON-REFUNDABLE once the autographed item is received and begins the authentication process.
Third party payments by credit card are not accepted.
Certification and authentication involves an individual judgment that is subjective and requires the exercise of professional opinion, which can change from time to time. Therefore, QA makes no warranty or representation and shall have no liability whatsoever to the customer for the opinion rendered by QA on any submission.
QA will exercise reasonable care in handling submissions for authentication. However, if an item in QA possession is damaged, the customer will receive compensation determined by QA and not necessarily based upon the insured value the customer assigned to the item(s) submitted.
Customer agrees to inspect all submitted items immediately upon receipt from QA and report any damage or discrepancy to QA within 24 hours of receipt. Customer agrees to indemnify and hold QA harmless for any unauthorized use of a QA certificate or label.
QA shall have no liability whatsoever to the customer for any loss or damage of any submitted item occurring while the item is not in the custody or control of QA.
Submissions sent to QA must be packaged and shipped strictly in accordance with the requirements of the QA shipping instructions. QA shall have no liability whatsoever for any damage to any submission shipped or delivered to QA in a manner that does not strictly conform to our written specifications.
Except as expressly set forth herein, QA disclaims any and all warranties, express or implied, (including the warranty of merchantability and thenwarranty of fitness for a particular purpose) regarding our service.
The courts of Maricopa County, Arizona shall have exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to any submissions to QA and THE PARTIES IRREVOCABLY WAIVE THEIR RIGHTS TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO ANY SUCH CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM.
Results of authentication will be returned with items.
Any merchandise held by us for a period of 60 days from the date of submission that has not been paid for (o include authentication or shipping fees) will be sold by QA for such price as QA determines in its discretion. Should such price, net of expenses, exceed the amount owing to QA, QA will pay the difference to customer. Should such price, net of expenses, be less than the amount owed to QA, the difference, is owed to QA by customer and customer will be invoiced for same.
